Home Education & Independent Study Fees 2009-2010
There are a number of ways a family or individual student can use the Upattinas School & Resource Center. These options range from a complete home education to any of the options below that are less than 5 days per week on campus.

Enrollment Fee


$ 550.00 per individual student
$ 650.00 per family

First Year Junior Fee $ 1,100.00
First Year Senior Fee

$ 1,650.00

Book Deposit (Refundable) $ 100.00
Graduation Fee $ 100.00

Single High School Course Fees**
Fee for single high school course $ 1,500.00 per year
Fee for one day High Schoolers $ 3,020.00 per year
Fee for two day High Schoolers

$ 6,035.00 per year

Fee for three day High Schoolers $ 8,940.00 per year
Fee for four day High Schoolers $ 11,920.00 per year
Fee for three day lower/middle school $ 7,500.00 per year

  • Drop/add date is the third class period
  • Class periods cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances will not be made up
  • Some students may attend Upattinas for single courses only. They may be on campus only during their class time and must have transportation arranged to honor this policy
  • All students on campus must have a completed emergency card and immunization record on file

Enrollment fees include:
  1. Transfer and evaluation of records
  2. Informal Curriculum advice
  3. Preparation of transcripts (up to 6 provided free in senior year or within 1 year of graduation. Additional transcripts are $10.00 each).
  4. Required Testing
  5. Participation in many Resource Center Activities and Programs
  6. Upattinas Newsletter


Fees for non-enrolled home schoolers:
Portfolio Review


$75.00 per student or
$150.00 per family

Required Testing (Group) $35.00 per student
Required Testing (Individual) $100.00 per student (Wide Range Achievement Test)
Consulting $50.00 per hour
